Pilgrimage for Reconciliation & Renewal

Lewis Cardinal will give a brief introduction of the Pilgrimage.
He will then lead us from St Paul’s, along the North Saskatchewan River.
We’ll visit an ancient and sacred 11,000-year-old artisan spring and ochre deposit and hear stories of the land
We will then participate in a Sacred Fire Tobacco Offering Ceremony at the first urban Indigenous ceremony grounds in Canada – kihcihkaw askio
Bring your water bottle and a snack. Wear walking shoes and dress in weather appropriate clothes.

You are also very welcome to attend service at St Paul’ s at 1030 am before the walk.
