DESCRIPTION:The Ministry Support Committee of Northern Spirit Region invites all active clergy to join them for one or both of the following events: \nSeptember 26th from 1:30 – 4:30pm\nBoundaries Refresher: Social Media\nMandatory boundary training needs to be refreshed every 5 years.\nThis is your opportunity to complete it in person surrounded by colleagues.\nFacilitated by Vocational Minister\, Laura Fouhse.\nLocation:  St. Albert United Church\nCost:  $25 \nSeptember 26th evening – September 27th at 4pm\nStronger Together: a gathering for active ministers in Northern Spirit Region\nFacilitated by Pastoral Relations Minister\, Adam Hall and Vocational Minister\, Laura Fouhse.\nThis is a time to meet new colleagues and renew connections.\nLocation:  Star of the North Retreat Centre in St. Albert\nOptions:\n1. Join us after the boundaries training on the 26th for supper at Star of the North followed by some fun activities and stay through until the end of the gathering\n2. DESCRIPTION: Northern Spirit Celebration of Ministries service! \n\nOctober 21\, 2023\, 4:00 p.m.\, at Kirk United Church Community Centre\, 13535 122 Ave\, Edmonton AB and via livestream on the Regional Council YouTube channel.\n\n\n \n\n\n\nMyeongnam Park and Sungsoon Park will be ordained\, and Linda Roberts will be recognized; we will also covenant with Regional staff member Adam Hall\, Pastoral Relations minister. Regional Council chairperson Rev Helen Reed will offer the reflection\, and we will share in communion together. Treats and coffee to follow the service. \nPlease note that the members of the former Affirming Task Group have decided to postpone the Affirming Celebration that was to have taken place at the same service until there is more capacity for planning a celebration that can include as many people in the Regional Council as possible. \n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nCome celebrate with us!
